Full-time employees can enroll in most benefits. Some plans may be open to part-time employees. Benefits vary by location, institution, seniority and job function. Eligibility details are in your new hire paperwork.

Benefits start on your first day of employment. We will give you the exact dates when you enroll.

Being in the office helps us collaborate, strengthen relationships and build the culture that fuels our collective and individual success. Colleagues living within 50 miles of a Covista office are expected to be on-site Monday–Thursday with Friday as a flexible remote day.
