HR Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑driven HR Coordinator who thrives on ownership, initiative, and supporting people at every level of the organization. In this role, you’ll help keep our HR operations running smoothly—handling everything from recruitment support and onboarding to employee inquiries and critical HR data.
You’ll work closely with the Sr. HR Generalist while also operating independently to ensure HR projects, processes, and daily activities are completed accurately and confidentially. If you enjoy being the go‑to person, communicating confidently with team members at all levels, and staying organized in a fast‑moving environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment & Hiring Support
- Help manage the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Support candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and issuing employment contracts.
- Maintain the team’s interview and meeting agenda.
Employee Onboarding & Experience
- Organize and assist with onboarding activities such as orientation, training, and HR programs.
- Perform orientations, complete onboarding documentation, and update records for new hires.
- Assist supervisors with performance management procedures.
HR Operations & Administration
- Create, maintain, and update employee records and databases (paper and digital).
- Maintain personnel data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover, etc.) and ensure employment requirements are met.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely HR-related assistance.
- Redirect HR calls or correspondence to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with the coordination of HR programs, training sessions, seminars, and other initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HR policies and standards.
Data, Reporting & Projects
- Compile HR reports and analysis.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist in HR projects, including collection of employee feedback.
- Liaise with payroll, benefits, and other internal partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience (Preferred)
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role (Required)
- Knowledge or experience in human resources (Preferred)
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices (a plus!)
- Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to various HR systems (HRIS, ATS, databases, sourcing tools)
- Familiarity with social media–based recruiting
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment and interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization
