Opportunity at a Glance
The Campus Expansion team is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of campus launches. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop processes, manage project activities, and drive operational readiness across a growing portfolio of organizational growth initiatives.
This is a generalist role that is highly collaborative, providing operational support for our campus implementation, real estate, and project management teams. This position requires someone who is highly organized, adaptable, action-oriented, and capable of navigating competing priorities while maintaining focus on key milestones and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the campus expansion team.
- Maintain and update centralized project repositories and trackers, and ensure documentation is current, accurate, and readily accessible to stakeholders.
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes, tools, templates, and project governance practices that support campus expansions initiatives.
- Assist campus expansion team with operational readiness activities, site visit planning and coordination, regulatory research, business license applications, procurement & purchase order management, and facility support.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and status reports to ensure milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items are accurately documented and communicated.
- Leverage project management and reporting technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the coordination of regulatory and licensing activities by tracking deadlines and submission statuses.
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships to support achievement of project objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 4+ years of experience in business operations or project management.
- Experience with process improvement, coordination, and change management preferred.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and work with multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written & verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organization skills; must be able to manage tasks and projects with minimal guidance.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision and direction.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Basic skills/knowledge of Smartsheet, SharePoint, and AI technology preferred.
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $49199.33 and $86253.75. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
