We operate on a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week (Monday–Thursday). This approach enhances creativity, innovation, communication, and relationship-building, fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Opportunity at a Glance
The primary purpose of this role is to establish clinical relationships in markets where new campus location are likely to open and to support new programs. 

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with health organizations in potential and current markets.

• Develop and manage a national account strategy.

• Use direct mail, telephone, email and face-to-face meetings to determine clinical site capacity for Chamberlain University students and potential for partnership.

• Initiate clinical affiliation agreements and other types of written support for applications for approval of program and new campuses.

• Researches, contacts, negotiates, and contracts with potential clinical agencies for student experiences.

• Identifies potential strategic opportunities based on market intelligence.

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on clinical relationship initatives.

• Identify best practices, create client facing information, and establish on-going working relationships.

• Completes other duties as assigned.

• Complies with all policies and standards

• Bachelor's Degree Required and
• Master's Degree Preferred
• 5+ years business development experience Required and
• Healthcare sales experience Preferred and
• Nursing Preferred and
• 1+ year years salesforce.com experience Preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills – must be able to work with various levels of management
• Team player willing to share and exchange ideas
• Action oriented – work autonomously with little direction

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $53,520.90 and $96,736.53. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
